Free 1 year membership for 24x7 emergency roadside assistance offered exclusive to sicuro customers to ensure them peace of mind and hassle free travel.

Set of 2 stickers, available in the Sicuro, sequential CNG system. To be affixed on your vehicles, front and rear wind shield.

SCOPE OF SERVICES*

FLAT TYRE - Service provision /assistance to replace the flat tyre with the spare wheel. In case repair of the spare wheel/flat tyre is required, AXA Assistance will assist however the cost of repair of puncture/ damage & service fee is to be borne by the customer on an actual basis.

KEY MISPLACEMENT - If keys are misplaced of the ‘Covered Vehicle,’ assistance will be provided in arranging the duplicate key. Cost of duplicate keys, parts, and labor or delivery/Service fee to be borne by the customer on an actual basis.

BATTERY JUMP START - If a battery failure occurs to a ‘Covered Vehicle’, assistance will be provided by jump starting the vehicle. Service fee to be borne by the member on actual basis.

FUEL DELIVERY - Emergency supply of fuel, petrol/diesel will be delivered if the member is in immediate need. Cost of the fuel & service fee is to be borne by the customer on an actual basis.

TOWING IN CASE OF MAJOR BREAKDOWN – If a ‘Covered Vehicle’ is not able to continue its journey or is not safe to continue its journey as a result of a mechanical or electrical failure, assistance will be provided by towing the Vehicle to the nearest Garage. Cost of towing to be borne by the owner of the ‘Covered Vehicle’ on an actual basis. AXA Assistance will only facilitate the service.

TOWING IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT - If a covered Vehicle is not able to continue its journey or is not safe to continue its journey as a result of a road traffic accident, assistance will be provided by arranging for towing the ‘Covered Vehicle’ to the nearest Garage. Cost of towing to be borne by the Member on an actual basis. AXA Assistance will only facilitate the service.

URGENT MESSAGE RELAY – In case of a covered event (breakdown or accident), message can be transmitted to the members family/friends.

However they will guide you to the nearest Greenfuel authorised service center for solution of your CNG problem. Terms & conditions apply.
